Three year old Mitchell Romero was reported missing last month after his mother, Veronica Esquivel (Romero) was murdered. He was abducted by his father who is a suspect in his mother's death who fled with Mitchell to Mexico on October 16, 2009. An Amber Alert was issued for young Mitchell.

On November 4, 2009, word was reported that Mitchell died in a rollover crash in Mexico. Mexican and border authorities say Mitchell died in a crash between Chihuahua and Ojinaga. Together, forever mother and son in the presence of the Lord. Prayers for the family, siblings and all those who love Veronica and Mitchell and will miss them dearly. Prayers for their healing.
